Chceli by ste prija\u0165 nov\u00fa \u0161portov\u00fa v\u00fdzvu, ale v\u00e1hate, \u010di je triatlon pre v\u00e1s? Pre\u010d\u00edtajte si nasleduj\u00facu pr\u00edru\u010dku pre za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00facich triatlonistov.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u010co je triatlon?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Triatlon alebo triatlon <\/strong>je multidisciplin\u00e1rny \u0161port pozost\u00e1vaj\u00faci z troch \u0161portov &#8211; <strong>pl\u00e1vanie v otvorenej vode<\/strong> (jazero, more at\u010f., niekedy sa plaveck\u00e1 f\u00e1za odohr\u00e1va v baz\u00e9ne), <strong>cyklistika a beh<\/strong> (Tieto dve etapy sa m\u00f4\u017eu uskuto\u010dni\u0165 na cest\u00e1ch, v hor\u00e1ch, na lesn\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch at\u010f.). Preteky sa odohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa pr\u00e1ve v tomto porad\u00ed. V jednom pr\u00edpade sa mus\u00ed najprv absolvova\u0165 plaveck\u00e1 \u010das\u0165, potom sa prejde na cyklistiku a s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e sa kon\u010d\u00ed behom. Medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eami s\u00fa kr\u00e1tke prest\u00e1vky (zapo\u010d\u00edtavaj\u00fa sa do kone\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku \u0161portovca), v ktor\u00fdch maj\u00fa \u0161portovci \u010das na pr\u00edpravu na \u010fal\u0161iu \u010das\u0165 triatlonov\u00fdch pretekov &#8211; prezle\u010denie a vybavenie.<\/p>\n<h2>Hist\u00f3ria triatlonu<\/h2>\n<p>Hist\u00f3ria triatlonu sa za\u010dala p\u00edsa\u0165 v 20. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia vo Franc\u00fazsku, ke\u010f sa v okol\u00ed Par\u00ed\u017ea za\u010dali organizova\u0165 preteky v troch discipl\u00ednach &#8211; behu, cyklistike a pl\u00e1van\u00ed. Za jeho skuto\u010dn\u00fd za\u010diatok sa v\u0161ak pova\u017euje rok 1974, ke\u010f sa v San Diegu v USA konali preteky <strong>prv\u00fd triatlonov\u00fd pretek<\/strong> Mission Bay Triathlon (24. septembra). Vtedy bolo potrebn\u00e9 absolvova\u0165 10 km behu, 8 km jazdy na bicykli a 500 m pl\u00e1vania. Do s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee sa prihl\u00e1silo 46 \u0161portovcov. Triatlon bol okrem in\u00e9ho navrhnut\u00fd ako alternat\u00edva k tvrd\u00e9mu be\u017eeck\u00e9mu tr\u00e9ningu na tvrdom povrchu a za jeho priekopn\u00edkov sa pova\u017euj\u00fa Don Shanahan a Jack Johnstone.<\/p>\n<p>V Po\u013esku sa hist\u00f3ria triatlonu za\u010dala p\u00edsa\u0165 v roku 1984 pretekmi v Kiekrze v Poznani. V roku 1989 bol vo franc\u00fazskom Avignone zalo\u017een\u00fd Svetov\u00fd triatlon a konali sa prv\u00e9 ofici\u00e1lne majstrovstv\u00e1 sveta.. <strong>Triatlon je tie\u017e jedn\u00fdm z olympijsk\u00fdch \u0161portov<\/strong>. Prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t sa konal na olympijsk\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch v roku 2000 v austr\u00e1lskom Sydney na vzdialenosti 1,5 km pl\u00e1vanie\/40 km cyklistika\/10 km beh. \u017densk\u00e9 preteky vyhrala \u0160vaj\u010diarka Bridgette McMahonov\u00e1, zatia\u013e \u010do v mu\u017eskej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei triumfoval Simon Whitfield z Kanady.<\/p>\n<h2>Vzdialenosti v triatlone<\/h2>\n<p>Porazi\u0165 <strong>1,5 km pl\u00e1vanie\/40 km bicykel\/10 km beh je \u0161tandardn\u00e1 olympijsk\u00e1 vzdialenos\u0165 v triatlone a na majstrovstv\u00e1ch sveta<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> Vynik\u00e1 aj nieko\u013eko \u010fal\u0161\u00edch s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Triatlonov\u00fd super\u0161print<\/strong> &#8211; zah\u0155\u0148a 0,6 km pl\u00e1vania, 15 km jazdy na bicykli a 3 km behu;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Triatlonov\u00fd \u0161print<\/strong>&#8211; v \u0161print\u00e9rskej vzdialenosti musia pretek\u00e1ri zapl\u00e1va\u0165 0,75 km, odbehn\u00fa\u0165 20 km a prebehn\u00fa\u0165 5 km;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>na dlh\u00e9 vzdialenosti<\/strong> <strong>(Polovi\u010dn\u00fd Ironman)<\/strong> &#8211; je s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e na dia\u013eku: 1,9 km pl\u00e1vanie \/ 90 km jazda na bicykli \/ 21,1 km beh;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>\u00bc Ironman <\/strong>&#8211; vy\u017eaduje pl\u00e1vanie 0,95 km, bicyklovanie 45 km a beh 10,55 km;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 triatlonov\u00e1 \u00fania (ITU) &#8211; <\/strong>v tomto pr\u00edpade zapl\u00e1va\u0165 4 km, prejs\u0165 na bicykli 130 km a prebehn\u00fa\u0165 30 km;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Iroman &#8211;<\/strong> celkov\u00e1 vzdialenos\u0165 zah\u0155\u0148a 3,8 km pl\u00e1vania \/ 180 km jazdy na bicykli \/ 42 km behu;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Ultraman triatlon &#8211; <\/strong>je podujatie, v ktorom mus\u00edte zapl\u00e1va\u0165 10 km, prejs\u0165 na bicykli 421 km a prebehn\u00fa\u0165 84 km.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Odrody triatlonu<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina triatlonov prebieha pod\u013ea klasickej sch\u00e9my: pl\u00e1vanie, bicykel a nakoniec beh, ale existuje nieko\u013eko variantov pre \u013eud\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch vekov\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed a \u00farovn\u00ed fyzickej zdatnosti..\\<\/p>\n<p>Okrem tradi\u010dn\u00e9ho triatlonu n\u00e1jdete aj varianty ako:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>zimn\u00fd triatlon &#8211; <\/strong>s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa beh na ly\u017eiach, kor\u010du\u013eovanie alebo beh a cyklistiku;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>duatlon &#8211; <\/strong>pozost\u00e1va z dvoch s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e\u00ed &#8211; behu a cyklistiky: najprv be\u017e\u00ed\u0161, potom prejde\u0161 kilometre na bicykli a skon\u010d\u00ed\u0161 behom;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>akvatlon &#8211; <\/strong>v tomto pr\u00edpade \u0161portovci za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa behom, potom prejd\u00fa k pl\u00e1vaniu a nakoniec musia op\u00e4\u0165 zabehn\u00fa\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00fa vzdialenos\u0165;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>aquabike &#8211;<\/strong> kombinuje pl\u00e1vanie a cyklistiku.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-large alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/sportano.pl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/gdi-64066114d2c68.png\" alt=\"Cyklista tla\u010d\u00ed modern\u00fd z\u00e1vodn\u00fd bicykel medzi \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi bicyklami\" width=\"816\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Pravidl\u00e1 triatlonu<\/h2>\n<p>Ako sme u\u017e spomenuli, triatlon zah\u0155\u0148a prekon\u00e1vanie ur\u010dit\u00fdch vzdialenost\u00ed postupne vo vode, na bicykli a pri behu. Podujatie sa za\u010d\u00edna spolo\u010dn\u00fdm \u0161tartom a v\u00ed\u0165azom sa st\u00e1va ten, kto prejde cie\u013eovou \u010diarou s najlep\u0161\u00edm \u010dasom vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch troch discipl\u00ednach &#8211; vr\u00e1tane tzv. <strong>pas\u00e1\u017ee<\/strong>. Hovor\u00ed sa o nich, \u017ee s\u00fa \u0161tvrtou discipl\u00ednou triatlonov\u00fdch pretekov, preto\u017ee vo ve\u013ekej miere umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa z\u00edska\u0165 \u010das alebo naopak sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00e9 \u0161kody.. <strong>V ka\u017edom triatlonovom preteku m\u00e1me dva prechody<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>T1<\/strong> &#8211; nasleduje po f\u00e1ze pl\u00e1vania. Po vyjden\u00ed z vody sa \u010do najr\u00fdchlej\u0161ie prezle\u010diete a za\u010dnete druh\u00fa etapu triatlonu. Tu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na v\u0161etkom: zapam\u00e4ta\u0165 si polohu bicykla vo vz\u0165ahu k miestu, kde budete kon\u010di\u0165 pl\u00e1vanie, nasadi\u0165 si prilbu, be\u017ea\u0165 alebo \u00eds\u0165 s bicyklom, najr\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00ed sp\u00f4sob opustenia cyklistickej trate zo z\u00f3ny v\u00fdmeny; at\u010f.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>T2<\/strong> &#8211; sa kon\u00e1 po cyklistickej etape. Po zosadnut\u00ed z jednokolky mus\u00edte efekt\u00edvne za\u010da\u0165 be\u017eeck\u00fa s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e (vr\u00e1tane obutia be\u017eeck\u00fdch top\u00e1nok a vyjdenia na be\u017eeck\u00fa trasu).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u013a\u017eka zmien v triatlone je r\u00f4zna, ale \u010d\u00edm efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie ju absolvujete, t\u00fdm viac \u010dasu m\u00f4\u017eete u\u0161etri\u0165 a zlep\u0161i\u0165 svoje celkov\u00e9 sk\u00f3re a umiestnenie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">Ak\u00e9 \u010fal\u0161ie triatlonov\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 sa oplat\u00ed pozna\u0165?<\/p>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">prilba je povinnou v\u00fdbavou pri jazde na bicykli;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">po opusten\u00ed T1 nesmiete nasadn\u00fa\u0165 ani sadn\u00fa\u0165 na bicykel, k\u00fdm neprejdete cez demont\u00e1\u017enu \u010diaru &#8211; zvy\u010dajne je to \u010diara nakreslen\u00e1 na ceste. Podobne v T2 mus\u00edte z bicykla zosadn\u00fa\u0165 sk\u00f4r, ako prejdete cez \u010diaru na zosadnutie;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">niekedy je v cyklistickom \u00faseku mo\u017en\u00e9 jazdi\u0165 v prievane, in\u00fdmi slovami jazdi\u0165 ve\u013emi bl\u00edzko alebo za in\u00fdm jazdcom, napr\u00edklad s cie\u013eom zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 odpor vzduchu. V s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiach, v ktor\u00fdch sa nedraftuje, m\u00f4\u017eete za tak\u00fdto postup dosta\u0165 \u010dasov\u00fa penaliz\u00e1ciu alebo dokonca by\u0165 diskvalifikovan\u00ed;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">jednotliv\u00e9 s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee a cel\u00fd \u0161tart m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 \u010dasov\u00e9 limity, t. j. limity, do ktor\u00fdch sa mus\u00edte zmesti\u0165;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">po\u010das triatlonu nesmiete pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 plaveck\u00e9 doplnky (povolen\u00e9 s\u00fa len tieto plaveck\u00e9 okuliare), elektrick\u00e9 spotrebi\u010de (okrem \u0161portov\u00fdch hodiniek) a sl\u00fachadl\u00e1;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">odpadky mus\u00edte vyhadzova\u0165 do \u0161peci\u00e1lnych z\u00f3n &#8211; inak m\u00f4\u017eete dosta\u0165 \u010dasov\u00fa penaliz\u00e1ciu alebo by\u0165 diskvalifikovan\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pre koho je triatlon vhodn\u00fd?<\/h2>\n<p>Na rozdiel od toho, \u010do si mo\u017eno mysl\u00edte, nemus\u00edte by\u0165 dobr\u00ed vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch troch discipl\u00ednach, ma\u0165 profesion\u00e1lne vybavenie alebo sk\u00fasenosti s tr\u00e9ningom. <strong>Triatlon sa d\u00e1 robi\u0165 v ka\u017edom veku a bez oh\u013eadu na schopnosti. <\/strong>Treba v\u0161ak pripomen\u00fa\u0165, \u017ee aj <strong>\u0161tart amat\u00e9rskeho triatlonu<\/strong> Vy\u017eaduje si primeran\u00fa pr\u00edpravu, pokia\u013e ide o kond\u00edciu alebo ment\u00e1lnu silu. Je to skuto\u010dn\u00e1 \u0161kola charakteru, v ktorej by sa najm\u00e4 na za\u010diatku mal kl\u00e1s\u0165 d\u00f4raz na prekon\u00e1vanie vlastn\u00fdch slab\u00edn, testovanie svojich schopnost\u00ed, a nie na cielen\u00e9 s\u00fastredenie sa na s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eenie a dosahovanie \u010do najlep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledkov.
